Gemma Family Photoshoot at Villa Kalyani, Canggu – A Beautiful Reunion to Remember

Our lovely client, Gemma from Australia, planned a special holiday gathering for her big family in Bali — a group complete with her parents, siblings, kids, and nephew. To make this rare moment together even more meaningful, she decided to capture it through a family photoshoot. Their chosen venue, Villa Kalyani in Canggu, was the perfect setting: a spacious luxury villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens, contemporary architecture, and a warm atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxed. The villa’s wide lawn, beautiful pool area, and modern indoor spaces created a stunning backdrop for every moment we photographed.

Doing a photoshoot with several families can sometimes be a challenge, especially when young kids are involved — their moods change quickly, energy levels fluctuate, and getting everyone coordinated at the same time isn’t always easy. But Gemma’s family made the entire experience joyful. The kids were incredibly sweet and enthusiastic, fully enjoying the session, from playing on the grass to laughing together during candid moments.
