Edmund, a client from Singapore, reached out to us for a special photoshoot of his multi-generation family in July 2024. He envisioned a relaxed yet meaningful session that included his parents, siblings, and their children during their holiday in Bali. After discussing several options, the family decided to hold the photoshoot in January 2025 at Jipsi Villa in Canggu—a beautifully designed villa that offered the perfect balance of comfort, warmth, and modern aesthetics.

The family initially hoped to shoot in the outdoor areas of the villa, but a sudden rain shower changed our plans. We quickly moved the entire session indoors, and thankfully, Jipsi Villa’s cozy, contemporary interior turned out to be the perfect backdrop. Its soft neutral colors, clean architecture, and inviting ambience made it easy for us to adapt and continue creating beautiful compositions despite the weather.

Even with the unexpected shift in plans, Edmund’s family brought incredible energy to the session. Every family member—children included—was cheerful, cooperative, and truly present in the moment, which made the entire photoshoot flow naturally. After all the weather drama, the final gallery turned out beautifully, capturing genuine laughter, connection, and warmth. Most importantly, the family was delighted with the results, making the experience just as memorable as the photos themselves.
