BOOKING & PAYMENT
 10% Deposit is required to lock our availability.
– Deposit must be received by BPSO within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent by Bank transfer or Paypal (4% extra charges), otherwise the the booking will not be secured.
– The balance payment can be settled on the same day of the wedding by cash in USD or IDR.
– Please provide the venue details to confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION
– Deposit is non-refundable.
– Please inform us in advance if you wish to cancel your booking so that we can re-open the availability.

PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS
– All the original files (in JPG) can be delivered on the same day of the event by USB transfer, please provide a storage device such as external hardisk or laptop (flashdisk/thumb drive is not recommended).
– The original files also can be transferred by dropbox or google drive download link on the next day of the event.
– Edited files will be delivered (by dropbox or google drive) within 14 working days in low seasons and up to 30 days in high seasons.
– The photos could be posted in our website or Instagram without permission or notification.

VIDEOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS
– All the original files will be delivered on the same day of video shoot by USB transfer, please provide a storage device such as external hardisk or laptop (flashdisk/thumb drive is not recommended).
– The original files can’t be delivered by online transfer.
– Edited cinematic video will be delivered within 21 working days in low seasons or 45 days in high seasons by dropbox or google drive.
– We will post the video in our youtube channel or Instagram without permission or notification in advance.
– Output video format: mp4 (full HD 1920 x 1080).
– Background music can be chosen by client and must be informed at least 1 week before the event otherwise we will use our song without notification (DO NOT use famous/mainstream music from major label otherwise the video can’t be uploaded to social media).

FILE HANDLING
– Online transferred files (dropbox or google drive) will available to download within 1 month, please download immediately when the download link delivered.
– All the files might be completely deleted from our server after 1 year due to the limitation of capacity. Please double back up your files.

– We can arrange car and driver (7 seaters van) with additional cost.
